雖然星期五了，可是還是有堆積如山的工作！

今天刚好看到朋友在面子书上post，问人谁要日历！

往年都是跟bearlim買，今年熊媽要待產，所以沒辦法製作！

所以我暂时买了mini 2013 日历！嘻嘻嘻~

About

Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia (TCS) strives to create the conditions for turtles to thrive under the care and protection of informed local communities, an educated and motivated public, dedicated NGOs and a concerned government.

Mission
 The TCS will be dedicated to the restoration of the symbolism of Terengganu with turtles through hands-on freshwater and marine turtle conservation and research programs, and public outreach through educational campaigns, volunteer and fund-raising activities.

The TCS will also strive to bring about the recovery of depleted wild populations of freshwater, terrestrial and marine turtles in Malaysia through partnerships with like-minded organizations and individuals as well as through its own innovative programs.

Description

 The Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia (4454-11-TRG) is co-founded by Tan Sri Salleh Mohd. Nor, Dr. Chan Eng Heng, Chen Pelf Nyok, Lim Puay Aun and Wee Seng Whatt, and was established in October 2011. The official Malay name for the society is "Persatuan Pemuliharaan Tuntung, Kura-Kura dan Penyu Malaysia."

General Information

 The aim of the society is to bring about the recovery of depleted wild populations of turtles, with particular reference to freshwater turtles, in Malaysia through partnerships with like-minded organizations, individuals and local communities as well as through its own programs.

The objectives of the Society are as follow:
1. To conduct research on the biology and ecology of turtles in Malaysia

and to disseminate research results through publications and local and international seminars and conferences.

2. To bring about a recovery of turtle populations in Malaysia by initiating and intensifying conservation efforts.

3. To cultivate concern for wildlife amongst the public by raising the profile of turtles in Malaysia through exhibitions, public awareness campaigns, educational programs and production and distribution of educational materials.

4. To provide professional/consultancy services in the field of turtle conservation, management and research to local, regional and international agencies.
